Organizational Model

With the aim to complete the certification, control and audit system already existing, the company Politex S.a.s. by Freudenberg Politex S.r.l. took the decision to adopt the Organizational Model of Management and Control in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01.

The Company - sensitive to the need to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities, to protect its image, the expectations of shareholders and the work of its employees - considered appropriate and in line with its values to proceed with the implementation of the Model provided by the Decree. With the adoption of this Model, Politex Sas di Freudenberg Politex Srl intends to further combat any conduct in contrast with to the provisions of the law and the Ethical Principles governing the activities of the Company, on which the Model is based. The adoption of the Politex S.a.s. Company Model by Freudenberg Politex S.r.l. was formalized on 14/07/2011
